Bring the book to your event

Are you organising a Ruby event? A conference, a meetup or an unconference, big or small, they all count. The book would love to come. Alexander Adam carries it, and he comes along with it.
People at your event open it to any page they like and write in it. Afterwards the pages are scanned, optimized and posted, and end up on this site, with your event on it.
Not every page gets posted, only the ones with something for the whole community, even if it is just a line. A thanks for a talk, or a plug for a library or a product, stays in the book.
If you can cover the journey, please write. That means the travel, and maybe a bed for a night or two. If you cannot, that is fine, say hello anyway.
What should the message say?
- The name of the event
- The city and the dates
- Roughly how many people come
- What you can cover
